Hi, I am Natalie the heart and soul of Tiny Zen Kids Yoga.
At Tiny Zen Kids Yoga, we believe in the power of yoga for children. Our mission is to introduce kids to the practice of yoga in a fun and interactive way, helping them develop strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.
With a Diploma of Childcare and Education, I bring a deep understanding of child development to every session.

From a young age, understanding the power of the breath could be a game-changer. By learning to connect with our breath, we would be better equipped to handle stress, focus our minds, and regulate our emotions. Children would enter school with a toolkit to calm their bodies, build resilience, and approach challenges with a sense of peace and confidence.
At Tiny Zen Kids Yoga, we teach children how to navigate life's ups and downs with calm, clarity, and inner strength from the very beginning.
